An evolution of body-mapping, Self-Landscaping is a six-part series of body/mind/soul exploration. Using the paper body as journal we will use words, images and collage to engage in a fresh dialogue with the body and journey into the story we live. The body holds the story, each emotion, memory, choice, laugh and tear. This process helps us identify where emotions and stresses are being held in the body; where we feel what and why. Discover exactly what you are holding, not only in the body, but the environment you are living in. Just how much are we being asked to hold at this time?
This offering will be held over the course of a six weeks for an hour and a half once a week. Due to COVID this class will be held online via zoom until further notice.
